General Return Eligibility
We support a worry-free return service for all purchased products. Customers can apply for a return application within the valid return period if the product is unused, intact in appearance, complete in original accessories and packaging, and does not affect secondary sales.
Return Application Process
Customers who need to return goods shall initiate a return request through the official customer service channel on the website. Our team will verify the application qualification within the standard processing cycle and feed back the return operation guidelines.
Refund Processing Cycle
After we receive and verify the returned goods completely conform to the return specifications, we will initiate the refund procedure. The refund will be completed within the standard refund cycle, and the full amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment account.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products with artificial damage, used traces, missing original packaging and accessories, or customized special products that affect secondary sales do not support return and refund services. We will judge the return qualification according to the actual state of the returned goods.
Special Notes
All settlement and refund currencies are unified in US Dollars. In case of exchange rate differences caused by payment channels, we will take the actual amount received by our official account as the standard for refund settlement.
